The new TaxoPhone 14 is now available
All new features of TaxoPhone 14 are available only together with the TaxiMaster and TMDriver upgrade to version 3.12. You can already send requests for updates to your personal managers to gsk@bitmaster.ru.
Family account
Clients of your service can now create one account and share it. This feature is important for passengers who take care of their relatives: who pay for trips of their wives, parents, call a taxi for the child. A family account helps to retain clients, converts some users to regular ones, and increases loyalty. A family account also set the members at ease: families order a taxi more often and save less on trips.
It is easy to create a shared account: the owner only needs to enter the number of the new user. When a new user enters and logs in, he/she will see the family account option with the payment options available to him/her. It is important that the invited user can always pay for the order from his/her personal account and become the owner.
The family account provides flexibility in settings. The account owner can independently connect different types of payment: bank card, non-cash and bonus accounts. Push-notifications are provided for additional informing of members on creation and completion of an order. It is convenient to keep track of any changes made by the owner of the family account in the Taxi-Master settings.

Expanded options for trip rating
TaxoPhone 14 extends the options for order evaluation. Create your own sets of icons, set up your postponed ratings, and add a photo to them. Use new features to gather feedback and improve your service. The more loyal and faithful clients, the more orders in the taxi service.
